1. Services and scope
ORIGINFOLD provides custom product images, short-form ads, 30-second product ads, and related creative support. The agreed order, written scope, selected quantities, and confirmed format define what is included.
2. Orders and payment
Direct orders are paid before production begins. If you choose to discuss the project first, no payment is taken until the scope and price are confirmed. One-time extras are charged once and do not renew.
3. Revisions and delivery
Unless a written scope says otherwise, each order includes one consolidated revision round. New concepts, major direction changes, extra formats, or additional deliverables may require a new quote. Delivery timing begins after usable assets and instructions are received.
4. Customer assets
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use all product photos, logos, trademarks, footage, music, claims, and other materials you submit. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of product claims.
5. AI-assisted production and results
Creative work may use AI-assisted production tools. Small visual differences can occur during generation. ORIGINFOLD does not guarantee clicks, sales, advertising approval, CPA, ROAS, or other campaign performance because results also depend on the offer, product, website, targeting, budget, and media buying.
6. Commercial use
After full payment, the final approved deliverables may be used commercially across the agreed digital channels. Raw working files, prompts, internal methods, unused concepts, and editable production files are not included unless agreed in writing.
7. Monthly Creative Support
The monthly plan is $299 per month and covers one product or SKU per monthly cycle. It renews until cancelled. Deliverables are the items shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Additional one-time assets can be added separately and do not renew.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility and timing are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Paying for or subscribing to a service means you accept these terms and the applicable policy.
