1. Information collected
ORIGINFOLD may receive your name, email, product or store links, project notes, selected quantities, uploaded product assets, and PayPal order or subscription references and status.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed by PayPal. ORIGINFOLD does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or PayPal password.
3. How information is used
Information is used to review requests, confirm scope and price, produce and deliver creative work, provide support, manage payments and subscriptions, prevent misuse, and maintain business and accounting records.
4. Service providers
Framer may process form submissions, PayPal processes payments, and Cloudflare may store uploaded project assets and operate checkout-related services. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.
5. Asset storage and retention
Uploaded assets are kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, production, delivery, support, and legitimate recordkeeping. You may request deletion after the project is complete, subject to records that must be retained for payment, dispute, tax, security, or legal reasons.
6. Sharing and international processing
ORIGINFOLD does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, when you request it, or when required for security, payment disputes, or legal obligations. Processing may occur outside your country.
7. Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete relevant project information. Use the Project Inquiry Form on the Start page and describe the privacy request clearly.
